Its slightly incomplete yes, but this mod will still give you 34 high quality classic GTAIII and Vice City cars to rip around the HD universe in. This mod is a collection of my High Quality/HD GTA3 cars converted by various people over the years, most of these files have been sitting unseen and unloved in a corner of my backup HDD for years, hopefully the old saying better late than never is true and people get some enjoyment out of this pack.
